Как узнать  SWIFT / BIC code  и IBAN  ,для получения платежей на EpayService ? не пойму где искать))))

Привет. У моей подруги такая проблема: за пару дней до окончания периода она сменила данные платежки с епейментс на вебмани. В итоге деньги так и не пришли, техподдержка хлова создала тикет и молчит. Не пришла даже квитанция. Кто-то сталкивался? Спасибо.

нет, лягушатники снова тупят. но это и не мудрено, у них официально 5 рабочих дней на обработку. таким образом, если конец периода выпал не на воскресенье или понедельник - то пиши пропало, будут неделю голову морочить прежде, чем выслать. уже далеко не первый раз такое. хотя иной раз присылают быстро.
