Jpeg control is one of the Eyeball components.

When receiving this message please do the following:

š

In your browser: Go to Tools > Internet options > settings > view objects > Where a list of files (including Eyeball will be found).

You will need to go to EACH AND EVERY FILE> double click on EVERY file and go to DEPENDENCY tab.
Look for the program "Jpeg control.dll"
Once it is found, the program (in view objects ) has to be removed.

In Eyeball program, go to DEPENDENCY tab. You will see that Jpeg control.dll is marked with a *. This means that the program is missing.



You remove it in the following manner:

Once you have found the “Jpeg.dll” on the dependency tab, you should search for it on your PC.

You search for the program on your PC and delete it.

Once Jpeg control.dll is removed from the computer, the next time you createš a snapshot/ videochats- you will receive a prompt message asking you to download the eyeball again> click on yes.

This will install the missing Jpeg control.dll into Eyeball.
